Repair and Limited Warranty Terms

Any voluntary warranty we offer will be described separately in writing. Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide a blanket lifetime warranty.

We may offer inspection, repair, resizing, restoration, refurbishment, stone replacement assessments, concierge sourcing consultations, and other aftercare services in our discretion. Service fees, shipping charges, material costs, and turnaround estimates may apply.

Damage resulting from accident, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, ordinary wear, or loss of stones due to impact may be excluded.
