Natural gemstones and handcrafted pieces inherently vary. Orders and Acceptance; Client Review Protections

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, limit, or place conditions on any order in our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, unusual return activity, unauthorized resale concerns, sanctions/compliance reasons, or inability to verify payment or identity.

Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

You and Company agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding, except where prohibited by law. If any portion of this waiver is unenforceable, the remainder of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property, infringement, counterfeiting, unauthorized resale, data security incidents, or other matters where equitable relief is appropriate.

Authenticity; Unauthorized Resale; Counterfeit Goods; Brand Protection

We stand behind products purchased through our authorized channels. We may decline to authenticate, service, repair, replace, or extend courtesy benefits for items purchased through unauthorized sellers, secondary marketplaces, or where chain of custody cannot be reasonably verified.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, deactivate accounts, block transactions, or decline future purchases where we reasonably suspect unauthorized resale activity, diversion, fraud, trademark infringement, or counterfeit conduct.
