We aim to deliver a refined and highly personalized client experience while responsibly protecting the brand, our artisans, and our clients from fraud, abuse, and custom-production losses.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Signature confirmation may be required. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law. Please inspect shipments promptly and notify us of any shipping issue within a reasonable time after delivery.
Eligible returns must be requested within the return window posted at checkout or on the Site and returned unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging and documentation. We may deny returns showing wear, damage, tampering, missing components, or abuse of our policies. Custom, bespoke, private commission, personalized, resized, final sale, or made-to-order items may require deposits, milestone approvals, revised delivery timelines, and may be non-cancellable or non-returnable except where required by law.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable shipping or other charges where permitted.
